Revisions Are Complete! Through The Ashes is Available for Pre-order!

It’s been a long time coming. Longer than I want to admit, honestly. A lot of blood, sweat, and tears went into these books. From the first drafts, to the first editions, to the new titles and covers, these books have been a work of heart. There has been a lot of sacrifice that has gone into them, both on my part and the part of my family. I can’t thank my husband enough for everything he has done to make this process possible.

Through The Ashes is now available for pre-order here. It will be live in e-book on Friday, April 18th on Amazon. More retailers coming soon. The paperback will be available for purchase through Amazon on Sunday, April 20th. Once Through The Ashes is available, the second book in the series, now titled Faithful Lies, will be available for pre-order with a yet to be announced release date.

If you’ve already read Search Through the Ashes, you’ll still love reading this revised version. Same great story, but so much to love. If you haven’t, you definitely want to dive into this amazing book. Here’s the blurb in case the cover isn’t convincing enough…

He survived the fire—but the man he was didn’t.

Ever since that night, former deputy and search and rescue expert Joe Higgins has cut himself off from the world, holed up on his Wyoming ranch with only nightmares and liquor for company.

But when a young boy vanishes in the unforgiving mountains of Joe’s backyard, Joe’s old boss begs one last favor. Joe doesn’t want the job—but he’s the only one who can read the land well enough to find the kid before it’s too late.

What starts as a routine search spirals into something far darker. This boy didn’t just wander off. The treacherous mountains tell no lies. Guilty people tell no truths. If he fails again, there will be nothing left to save.

To solve the case, Joe must confront not just the terrain, but his own demons. And the deeper he goes, the more he realizes, finding this boy might be his last shot at redemption—or the first step into a deeper hell.

For readers who crave the grit of C.J. Box and the quiet intensity of Tony Hillerman, this is the start of a gripping series you won’t want to miss.
